Looking for work?

Do you wish to make a difference?
Think back to when you were at school, you may have liked the subject because you liked the teacher possibly because they gave you respect and listened and went that extra mile to help you.
Everybody needs someone to help them. Are you that person who can help make a difference and make a positive impact on a young person’s life?
Leave them with memories and remember the difference you made?

Looking for temporary workers?

Are you short of temporary workers?
We are an agency that provides workers to companies within the care sector, who themselves provide care, support and accommodation to children and young people aged 11 to 18 sometimes on a 1:1 basis. If you need emergency cover and insist on quality NSPPC standard, safely recruited, vetted, interviewed, personally trained temporary workers with a current suitable DBS, who have experience of working with young people local to you, we are best placed to help.

About Us

The Grove Social Care Team

Our professional team has many years’ experience across various roles and sectors. They know what is required from agency support staff day to day and know what Service Providers and local managers need to help them out in a hurry. They will help you to get on-board and then be very supportive ongoing. All our recruiting staff are trained in safer recruitment.

Our Trainer

Our courses are delivered and certified by an excellent External Training Specialist who has years of experience in the sector – both working with young people and training hundreds of staff. The courses are tailored towards children and young people (11-18) with challenging and emotional behaviours. Training is clear and focused – in an interactive classroom setting where questions can be asked and issues discussed.
